The Learning Center hosted it's annual fall Iron Chef competition on December 14th. Everybody involved agreed that the quality of the submissions was very high and definitely was the best group of pieces we had received for this contest yet. This year from the field of seven finalists we had the help of faculty member Mike Bierylo from the Music Synthesis department, Learning Center staff Youn Choi, Chris Fitzgerald, Jess Hewitt and last years winner, Jordan Weiner. Using some of our brand new presentation equipment, we showcased the seven finalists pieces in front of many Berklee students who had come out for the event. In the end we had a tie for the runner up position and the winner Hyung-Kyun Kim took home his brand new iPod Nano (RED).
