You can process, edit, EQ, tweak, reverse, convolve, de-ess, distort, detune, re-amp, granulate, down-sample, bitcrush, vocode, modulate or mangle them any other way you can conceive. Your piece can be any genre or style, using any live instruments, virtual instruments or electronic elements you see fit, and must be no longer than 3 minutes in length.
NOTE: SOUND COLLAGE CONTEST SUBMISSIONS THAT ARE LONGER THAN 3 MINUTES IN LENGTH WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Please ensure that the total length of your Sound Collage Contest audio file does not exceed 3 minutes.
Your Sound Collage will be judged on three components:
• Creativity in your use of our provided samples
• Quality of your production
• Musicality

CONTEST SUPPORT:

The Learning Center will have a number of music technology related forum topics and software-training sessions to help you learn the tools to craft your Sound Collage.
